For website development projects:
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

- Minor revisions included within the agreed scope will be performed as specified in the proposal.
- Additional revisions or change requests outside the original scope may be billed separately.
- Unless expressly agreed, ongoing maintenance, hosting, security updates, and technical support are not included after project completion.

Because search engines independently determine local rankings, we cannot guarantee placement in the Google Local Pack, Maps rankings, or other search results.

14. Pricing and Payment

Clients are encouraged to carefully review proposals, quotations, timelines, deliverables, and pricing before making any payment.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already performed or resources already allocated.
16. Revisions and Change Requests
Unless otherwise stated in the project proposal or agreement, revisions are limited to the number specified in the agreed scope of work.
Any request that substantially changes the original project requirements—including new features, redesigns, additional pages, major content updates, or expanded campaign objectives—may be treated as a new project or billed separately.
Project timelines may also be adjusted to accommodate approved change requests.
17. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients remain the legal owners of their accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, hosting accounts, and domain registrars unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
21. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our website or services will always be available without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already performed.
